Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee
This committee is independent of the ORRISSA management and takes care of the sexual harassment complaints from among the staff members as well as the community stakeholders related to its work processes. This committee was established following the Honourable Supreme Court Guideline on the subject.
Workplace policy on HIV & AIDs
ORRISSA have resolved to offer a level playing field for the people living with HIV & AIDs either as its staff members, volunteers or primary stakholders and protect their human rights.
Recruitment Policy
This policy take care of the transparent mechanism of recruiting staff.
Material procurement Policy
This policy ensures transparent mechanism of procurement processes and maintenance of materials in its possesion.
Gender Policy
ORRISSA promotes Gender Equity in all its activities, structures and processes.
