Working with the Adivasi communities we have learned that we could hardly do a little to address to the cause of sustainable developments. There is so much to be done in a little span of time. However, considering the resourfulness of the local women and men the organisation encouraged the them to act as a change agents for their own community. The Community Resource Persons are identified and groom in line with their possessed skills and interest areas. Here is some samples of the Community Resouce Pesons actively facilitating the local processes.
